This position is responsible for assisting Purchasing Manager, preparing production reports, and other administrative duties as directed.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of office experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of college is preferred, but an additional three (3) years work experience can substitute for college
- Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to create spreadsheets
- Must be knowledgeable in purchasing
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
