Job Description
Inter is seeking a Sales Consultant for a monthly bonus package, food voucher, health insurance, life insurance, and potential cost help. The role involves prospecting, negotiations, and delivering training on their equipment. The company emphasizes a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Perform daily face-to-face visits to your area of expertise for customer prospecting
- Follow up and provide consulting to clients during negotiations
- Delivery, installation and basic training of equipment
- Participate in training and stay up-to-date with products, processes, and services
- Personal vehicle
- Authorized to drive (Valid CNH - B category)
- Experience with external sales (door-to-door) to clients in PJ companies
- Experience in closing new businesses
- Completed secondary school education
- Analytical skills with indicators and propose strategies for quick results
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Discipline and energetic posture
- Public speaking skills
- Organizational skills, planning and self-management
