Job Description
Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. is seeking a Global Category Leader – Software Sourcing to serve as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders, leading strategic sourcing initiatives across software, SaaS, CSP, and IT services. The role requires extensive experience negotiating complex technology contracts and driving measurable improvements in the technology purchasing landscape. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT software procurement and vendor management
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale strategic initiatives with multi-million-dollar values
- Proven track record applying structured strategic sourcing methodologies
- Exceptional negotiation abilities
