Job Description
Interactive Brokers Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment life cycle for Japan, encompassing all hiring levels. The role involves close collaboration with country HR and regional Talent Acquisition, managing the talent acquisition process, and supporting local hiring needs. Requirements
- Japanese Native and fluent in English.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional role covering APAC markets.
- Experience in working closely with country HR or TA teams to support country-specific hiring needs.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with minimum direct supervision.
- Outstanding communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Experience with tools and technology, including an Applicant Tracking System, HR People Management System, and LinkedIn Recruiter functionality, would be preferable.
