We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help lead multi-channel digital marketing and fundraising programs for our mission-driven clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketer who can confidently guide clients, collaborate across internal teams, and drive performance across email, digital advertising, and integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and proactive communication.
- Develop integrated digital strategies across email, paid media, content, and other digital channels.
- Plan and execute creative, conversion-focused campaigns across channels.
- Collaborate with design, content, development, and advertising teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work.
- Support email production, including planning, drafting, segmentation, testing, and performance optimization.
- Work with the advertising team to plan and optimize campaigns across paid social, search, programmatic, and connected TV.
- Conduct audits of clients’ digital programs to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and analyze performance across channels, providing clear insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Prepare client-ready reporting and performance summaries.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platforms, and testing opportunities.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, documentation, and marketing team standards.
