Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or Psychology; professional experience in working with people from the autism spectrum is desirable

Completed education as a caregiver, social or special educator, openness and interest in working with people who have special motor and physical challenges, empathy, team spirit, and the ability to act with patience and empathy

Experience working with children, empathy, cooperation, self-reliance, and communication skills

Experience in childcare, pedagogical basic qualification, and basic knowledge of working with elementary school children
