The successful candidate will have a pedagogical focus and be able to enrich the team with their expertise and creativity. The role involves accompanying young people on their way to independence and designing a safe and stable pedagogical everyday life.

Requirements

• Completed education as a state-recognized educator or a comparable degree of a three-year education with a pedagogical focus
• Enjoy intercultural work and accompanying young people on their way to independence
• Self-responsible action, team spirit, and openness
• Flexibility (also weekend/scheduled shifts) and resilience
• Enthusiasm for building and co-creating
