Director, Growth

We are recruiting a Growth/Marketing Director to provide leadership across three core pillars of our Growth and Marketing activities: Marketing, Prospecting, and Pipeline management and reporting. The role will be based in Germany and will sit within our Global Growth team, reporting to TBC and with a dotted line to the CEO, CEE.

Requirements

• Strong experience of working in CEE markets, with a black book of contacts
• Extensive knowledge of branding, with a proven track record of selling relevant work into clients
• Experience of working within a global team/network preferable
• German language skills, either native or fluent working proficiency
