Director, Product Marketing

Intercom is hiring a Director to lead Product Marketing. The role will play a major part in defining and executing a new way of marketing, working directly with the senior leadership team. The company is looking for a leader who can translate complex customer requirements and AI technology into compelling stories in the market, working daily with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.

• Proven experience leading Product Marketing teams
• Experience in fast-growing startups or high-velocity environments
• Already practicing aspects of the 'new way' of marketing — creative, fast, anti–cookie cutter
