Job Description

We are a FQHC LA (Federally Qualified Health Center Look Alike) providing same-day primary care services and a wide array of behavioral health services. We are seeking an experienced clinician who possesses knowledge about treatment of co-occurring disorders and ASAM criteria.
Requirements
- Provides trauma informed clinical services
- Completes all required documentation related to resident treatment
- Provides coordination of care and referral with other community agencies
- Meets productivity standard for the position and role
- Participation in trainings to bring new service delivery options to clinical care
- Program development (new groups, new models of treatment, evidence-based practices)
- Ensures ASAM criteria is clearly documented within time frames
