Job Description
InterCommunity is a 2025 Healthcare Top Workplaces Winner seeking a Residential Support Specialist to assist clients in withdrawal management, 56 Recovery Programs, and Coventry House. The role involves maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring client belongings are secured upon discharge. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or high school diploma (GED)
- Current active CNA/MA Certification (State of Connecticut)
- Peer Support Specialist Certification (3 years experience preferred)
- Valid Driver's License
