• 10+ years in software engineering
• 4+ years managing high-performing product or platform engineering teams
• Hands-on technical expertise in system design, scalable architectures, APIs, and modern frameworks
• Extreme ownership and accountability for product delivery, reliability, and quality
• Technical excellence and ability to raise the engineering bar
• Product and customer orientation and experience working closely with product teams and customers
• AI-first mindset and experience integrating AI/ML systems into products
• B2C scale experience and ability to lead globally distributed teams
