Requirements

• Manage the agency globally (commercial, operational, and administrative)
• Develop the client portfolio and achieve performance objectives set
• Guide, train, and motivate the team to ensure a high level of service
• Supervise the processing of financial operations and ensure their regulatory compliance
• Monitor performance indicators and ensure the proper application of internal procedures
• Represent the organization with local partners and institutions
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process optimization
