The PMO Consultant is responsible for supporting the Executive and business teams in implementing and monitoring strategic projects. This role focuses on governance, project prioritization, risk identification and coordination across different departments. The consultant will also contribute to project delivery and communication.
Requirements
- Structure and implement strategic governance (committees, reporting, governance tools).
- Support the Executive in monitoring the strategic plan and transformation projects.
- Centralize and consolidate project progress (dashboards, key indicators, alerts).
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and propose corrective action plans.
- Ensure coordination between different directions (IT, Finance, Actuarial, Risks, Commercial, etc.).
- Ensure the prioritization of projects and alignment with strategic issues of the group.
- Deploy and lead project management methodology.
- Prepare communication materials.
