The Administrative & Financial Manager oversees all financial, accounting, and administrative activities of the startup, accompanying the management in performance and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Supervise general and analytical accounting
- Guarantee the reliability of accounts and monthly closing
- Ensure cash management and financial flows
- Manage relationships with accountants, banks, and financial partners
- Control and performance management
- Implement control tools (budgets, forecast, reporting, KPI)
- Develop and track the annual budget and financial forecasts
- Analyze the gaps between reality and the forecast
- Follow profitability by activity, project, or product
- Produce clear financial reports for management
- Participate in defining the financial strategy
- Contribute to investment and cost optimization decisions
- Accompany the financial structuring of the startup (growth, scaling)
- Participate in preparing business plans and, if necessary, fundraising
- Ensure compliance with tax, social, and legal obligations
- Implement and optimize internal procedures
- Secure financial and administrative processes
