Responsable Contrôle de Gestion

The Financial Management Controller will pilot and structure the financial control function, supporting the financial direction and cost optimization. Responsibilities include financial performance analysis, budgeting, reporting, and team leadership. The role involves collaboration with various departments and potential process automation.

Requirements

• +5-year degree in finance, audit, management control or equivalent school of commerce
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial control
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or BI tools
• Knowledge of accounting ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage…)
• Understanding of local accounting and financial standards (especially CGNC, IFRS is desirable)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Rigorousness, autonomy, and sense of organization
• Team spirit and ability to manage cross-functional projects
• Acute sense of confidentiality and professional ethics
