Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in security, management, or equivalent
• Proven experience in managing security team (3-5 years minimum)
• Mastery of security and safety procedures
• Knowledge of surveillance and access control systems
• Understanding of risk management and emergency evacuation plans
• Leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of regulations and compliance
