Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 5 in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a structured environment
- Excellent mastery of labor law and HR practices
- Proven leadership, communication, and priority management skills
- Sense of confidentiality, analytical spirit, and results-oriented orientation
