Prepares desserts, pastries, breads, cookies, danish etc. for a la carte, banquet and other member needs.
Requirements
- Sets up and maintains stock in pastry station
- Assists with daily production
- Helps and assists with club events and the set-up of dessert station
- Updates recipe file on all new desserts and plate presentations
- Researches new items ongoing
- Logs usage and production for all holiday and special events
- Maintains quality and cost control
