Intermountain Electronics is seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous process improvement initiatives to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to create and execute project plans that have achieved the identified targets.
- Knowledge and/or experience in PFMEA techniques.
- Knowledge of and execution experience of process improvement plans
- Proficiency in Lean tools and their application
- Experience and solid understanding of principles of Project Management, management consulting, organizational change, and/or process improvement experience desired
- Experience in evaluating and optimizing manufacturing/production processes
- Proficiency in MS Office Products.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Sound technical background (hands-on) with logical deductive reasoning approach.
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical systems as well as industry standards and practices
- Interest in developing technical skills through both internal and external training.
