The Development Specialist Trainer is responsible for delivering, updating, and maintaining comprehensive training programs for engineering teams across all Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs).
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field (e.g. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
- A Level 3 Engineering qualification or a relevant engineering degree (or higher)
- Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs for professionals
- Automation proficiency, including Siemens PLC, TGW conveyor systems, and OSP bespoke equipment
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing others
