Engineering Team Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Engineering Team Manager to lead a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Trainees at our operational Customer Fulfilment Centre in Bicester. The role involves driving pace, accuracy, and standards across all aspects of the CFC, as well as making critical decisions under pressure.

Requirements

• Passionate and experienced leader with a background in managing engineering teams within an automated FMCG environment
• Strong technical expertise in automation hardware and software
• Proficient in using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and computer-literate across standard software platforms
• Committed to health and safety, including working safely at height
• Holds an Engineering HNC or relevant degree, supported by applied learning, an apprenticeship, or NVQ Level 3 in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines
