Job Description
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer will play a vital role in the Sustainable Farming Program, supporting the development and implementation of MELIA processes. This includes supporting the design of MELIA plans, data analysis, training, reports, and continuous improvement of the program. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience working with agricultural technologies and partners.
Requirements
- MSc degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning, impact evaluation of agricultural technologies.
- Experience in developing MEL plans and understanding Results Frameworks
- Proficiency with statistical software (Stata, R), quantitative econometric methods, or spatial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and command of English.
- Excellent team player, self-motivated, and independent problem solver.
