Job Description
The HR Business Partner acts as the first-line HR contact for employees and the local leadership team, ensuring efficient delivery of HR operations, compliance and people processes across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong generalist HR experience
- Good experience of HR systems and previous experience of running payroll
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Polish employment law and data protection legislation
- Ability to recognize and act on the implications of actions and decisions
- Strong customer service ethos and the ability to deal with difficult situations in a professional and diplomatic manner
