Job Description
The School Finance Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of the school's operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and accounts management. This position requires strong financial acumen and leadership skills to supervise the finance team.
Requirements
- Strong financial acumen with knowledge of school finance operations
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise the finance team
- Ability to work with ERP systems and financial software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Proven experience in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with tax regulations, financial compliance, and audit procedures
- A commitment to the ISP principles of safeguarding and wellbeing for all staff and students
