Requirements
- Manage the procurement of technology systems
- Provide service desk support for staff and students
- Prepare and manage the technology infrastructure budget
- Coordinate technology infrastructure and support requirements with academic technology staff
- Provide technical support for technology development projects
- Manage and oversee day-to-day implementation, support and maintenance of network, client platforms, software, technology security, printers, and audio/visual equipment
- Develop the annual technology plan and budget
- Evaluate and set standards for hardware and software
- Develop change management schemes
- Perform general technology-related duties
