Job Description
The Medical Officer of Infectious Disease Unit will be involved in the care of patients within the general ward and OPD Clinics, performing tasks such as physical examinations, patient histories, and diagnostic test interpretation.
Requirements
- MB.Ch.B. or its equivalent from a recognized University
- Can be a general practitioner, recently specialized, or attending M.Med. in Infectious Disease or Tropical Disease or equivalent
- Must be registered (or meet the requirements for registration) to the Ugandan Medical and Dental Practitioners Council
- Demonstrated professional experience of at least one (1) year in the Ugandan Healthcare System
