We are seeking a mission-oriented team player to join our in-house corporate recruiting team as a Corporate Recruiter. The role requires grit, energy, and a consultative approach to hire new employees supporting our key growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Actively source and engage active and passive talent
• Optimize the job posting and advertising processes
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates
• Manage the interview process
