Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to offer best-in-class travel consultation to a top client. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment to quote and book accurate domestic & international, car and hotel reservations, ensuring all corporate travel policies are followed.
Requirements
- 5 years' travel selling experience
- 5+ years' customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
- Experience in international travel bookings and process
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Exceptional/above & beyond, proactive customer service approach
- Excellent travel industry knowledge
- Mastery in Travelport+/Galileo GDS, GDS formats, short cuts, enhancements, pricing
- Corporate travel experience required; government/government contractor experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to embrace change; adaptable
