As a Group Logistics Expert, you will establish and maintain group-wide harmonized Supply Chain standards, drive business improvements, and optimize supply chain alignment and collaboration. You will lead capability build for the area of expertise, advise, coach, and train colleagues. Responsibilities include owning Inbound Logistics 'One Template' solution, leading expert networks, and promoting adherence to process through standard assessments/audits.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in the FMCG sector in a multi-market European region environment
- Ability to manage Inbound Logistics process, with focus on Transportation (especially Road and Sea freight) and Warehousing operations
- Knowledge of International Trade and EU regulations and policies for Customs and Logistics in general
- Intercultural competence, ability to navigate effectively in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills on all levels of the organisation
- ‘Think big’ mentality with an initiative-taker, entrepreneurial attitude
