Job Description
We are looking for a Resource Manager Projects to join our Project One team. As a member of the Programme Leadership/Management Team, you will be responsible for the demand- and competence-based composition of project teams, resource planning, and budget management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, HR, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Several years of experience in resource management within large-scale IT or transformation programs
- Previous experience in international environments
- Technical proficiency in resource management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project)
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Certifications in Project Management or Resource Management are a plus
