Job Description
The Association of Pickleball Players | The APP Tour (APP) is seeking a Co-Executive Director (C-ED) to develop revenue for the organization through sponsorship, hospitality, and media agreements. The C-ED will lead the APP’s presence in Cincinnati and serve as a leader in developing the next generation of champions through their programs. The role requires a consultative selling approach and the ability to manage a growing team.
Requirements
- Ten (10) years’ full-time experience in sponsorship, hospitality, and/or media sales
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Ability to detail a history of having sold six- and seven-figure sponsorships
- Ability to develop new relationships with sponsorship and media buyers
- Experience managing, training, and mentoring junior-level staff
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
