Job Description
We are seeking a Site Manager to manage the daily activities of the janitorial department, including cleaning, payroll, training, and safety. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, a team player, and able to work independently.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience working in a janitorial commercial cleaning services industry
- Proven experience supervising departments of 15+ employees
- Ability to maintain a budget
- Proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases)
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
