Supervisor of Operations II

Interstate Waste Services is a leading provider of solid waste and recycling services in the Northeast. This position, an Operations Supervisor II, focuses on supervising a lines of business including commercial, residential, and roll-off operations, ensuring compliance and driving functional excellence. The role involves route planning, safety, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in waste management operations
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in waste management, transportation, and/or logistics services
• Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of DOT requirements for commercial vehicles
• Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel)
• Must have desire and ability to learn company software applications
