Electrical and Instrumentation Inspector

Intertek is seeking a skilled E&I Inspector for a long-term project at a supplier in Tarragona area. The role requires knowledge of wiring diagrams, P&ID, instrument lists, and electrical specifications, along with experience in inspection notification, punch list management, and ITP/QCP understanding. Strong teamwork skills are essential for a resident final customer inspector role.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of wiring, P&ID, Instrument List, Data Sheet, and Electrical Specification.
• Knowledge of quality process, including inspection notification, punch list management, and ITP/QCP understanding.
• Field electrical/instrument installation inspection experience (preferred experience on Module construction project).
• Applicable standard NFPE70/NEC knowledge.
• Knowledge of hazardous area requirements.
• Experience as Resident Final Customer E&I inspector (preferred resident experience versus on call inspections).
• Positive teamwork approach.
• Experience on certificate review (OEM certification, ITRs…).
• Availability to start in April/May 2025.
