Job Description
INTERTEK is seeking an NDT Inspector for an industrial project in Vizcaya, Spain. The role involves inspecting metal components and contributing to quality control using methods like UT, MT, PT, and VT. Candidates should be certified in NDT and have experience in metal structures, welding, or other relevant fields.
Requirements
- Certified in NDT within the framework of ISO 9712.
- Previous experience in industrial NDT inspections (preferably in metallic structures, welding, piping, or boilerwork).
- Practical knowledge of techniques such as UT, MT, PT and/or VT.
- Availability to work on site in diurnal shifts.
- Driving license and personal vehicle (valued for accessibility to work).
- Additional or multidisciplinary certifications (RT, TOFD, Phased Array…).
- Training in labor safety regulations (PRL 60h or 20h metal sector).
- Knowledge of international standards (ASME, EN, AWS).
- Ability to draft technical reports in Spanish and English.
