Project Engineer Team Leader

Project Engineer Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring project management is carried out effectively and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines).
• At least 7 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in project management.
• Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
• Mandatory: Valid Polish Building License (uprawnienia budowlane) and SEP Electrical License.
