Job Description
The Area Ministry Director leads and oversees a ministry team to plant and grow witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus on college and university campuses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum three years campus ministry or equivalent work experience
- Strong ministry skills
- Proven ability to work well with others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
