Job Description
InterVarsity is seeking a Campus Staff Minister I to work in the Arkansas Area, specifically in the undergraduate ministry. The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ and be able to communicate and model InterVarsity's vision to students and faculty. They will be responsible for creating a culture of humble dependence on God and bold expectation for starting new witnessing communities on campus.
Requirements
- Pursue maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ
- Communicate and model InterVarsity's vision to students and faculty
- Create a culture of humble dependence on God and bold expectation for starting new witnessing communities on campus
- Partner with and respond positively to the direction and coaching of supervisors and national leaders
- Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by supervisor
- Develop on-going, long-lasting partnership with alumni and volunteers
