Campus Staff Minister I - South Texas Area (Undergraduate Ministry)

Campus Staff Minister I - South Texas Area (Undergraduate Ministry) - part-time position working anywhere between 10-29 hours per week. Responsibilities include spiritual growth, campus leadership, organizational collaboration, and ministry partnership development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus. A minimum of an Associate's degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
