Campus Staff Minister - Iowa/Kansas/Missouri/Nebraska (Undergraduate Ministries) - We are seeking a Campus Staff Minister to lead and develop InterVarsity's ministry on multiple campuses in the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for college ministry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to spiritual growth and development.

• Develop self-leadership and relational integrity

• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences
• Set annual goals through prayer, research and reflection
• Create, develop, align and leverage ministry plans, programs, teams, and structures
• Build leadership teams who trust and partner well with you
• Mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel
• Disciple students and faculty to grow in Christlikeness and develop ministry skills
• Partner with and respond positively to the direction and coaching of supervisors and national leaders
• Develop a team of partners who will resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or volunteer service
