Campus Staff Minister - Kansas (Graduate & Faculty Ministry) - Work with InterVarsity to plant and build witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus on college and university campuses.

- Set annual goals through prayer, research, and reflection with teams
- Create, develop, align, and leverage ministry plans, programs, teams, and structures
- Mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel
- Develop diverse groups of students and faculty to encounter and follow Jesus
- Equip students and faculty to think strategically about campus engagement and proclaim the good news of Jesus
- Disciple students and faculty by equipping them to hear the Word, respond actively, and debrief and interpret the experience
- Invite, coach, and equip students and faculty to become increasingly effective participants and leaders
- Partner with and respond positively to the direction and coaching of supervisors and national leaders
- Contribute to collaborative and productive team meetings and relationships
- Affiliate chapters under your care and submit Graduating Student Forms
- Use national ministry resources and tools, as requested
- Complete reporting, planning, and review requirements in a timely way
- Comply with all InterVarsity policies and procedures
- Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor
- Communicate regularly with ministry partners, nurturing the relationship through visits, phone calls, emails, and regular prayer letters
- Develop on-going, long-lasting partnership with alumni and volunteers
- Identify and invest in advocates who will build networks of volunteers and donors on InterVarsity's behalf
- Accomplish all other assigned tasks as appropriate
