Campus Staff Minister - Metro Twin Cities Area - (Undergraduate Ministry) Job Description: Pursue maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ, lead campus ministry, and develop partnerships with churches and individuals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated problem solving skills. Work environment: college campus environment, may include travel and communication with others. Pay range: $39,288.00 - $52,392.00 per year, funded through personal fundraising.

- Invite, coach, and equip students and faculty to become increasingly effective participants and leaders
- Partner with and respond positively to the direction and coaching of supervisors and national leaders
- Contribute to collaborative and productive team meetings and relationships
- Develop a team of partners who will resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or volunteer service
