Job Description
InterVarsity is seeking a Campus Staff Minister to lead ministry on a college campus in Texas. The role involves increasing the number of witnessing communities, developing leadership teams, and mobilizing students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel. The position is open to applicants working less than 40 hours/week and offers a competitive benefits package, including health care and retirement savings with a match.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus
- A minimum of an Associate's degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
