InterVenture is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their core team, focusing on identifying, assessing, and recruiting top engineering talent in Serbia. The Recruiter will be a strategic partner for hiring managers and candidates, guiding the hiring process and maintaining excellent relationships. InterVenture is growing quickly and offers a dynamic startup environment with opportunities for professional and entrepreneurial growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
- Proven background in innovative research & sourcing
- Experience partnering with teams and levels of professionals
- Exceptional closing and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (German a plus)
