Manager Design

The Manager Design is responsible for leading the overall design function by driving creative strategy, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery, and fostering innovation across design, R&D, and order tracking operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Materials, or a related discipline) from a HEC recognized institution.
• 15–18 years of progressive experience in design leadership roles, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or construction industries.
• Proven ability to lead both primary and secondary product design processes from concept to completion.
• Demonstrated experience working with international design and engineering standards.
• Strong understanding of furniture design principles, wood joinery, and related manufacturing processes will be considered as an added advantage.
• Proficient in CAD, CAM, and 3D design software with hands-on experience in design modeling and simulation.
