Intetics Inc. is looking for an Incident Editorial Specialist to monitor and curate real-time traffic incidents using a custom-built platform, with no prior experience required.

Requirements

• Monitor and curate real-time traffic incidents within assigned geographic zones
• Collect and validate data from various sources
• Update, track, and clear incidents in the system based on incoming data
• Process alerts and ensure accuracy in all updates
• Communicate effectively with shift supervisors to maintain consistent, high-quality service
• Strong Intermediate English or higher
• Comfortable working in a real-time, data-driven environment
• Familiarity with mapping tools or transportation/traffic data is a bonus
