As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in turning complex data into clarity, uncovering insights that shape our product strategy, improve customer outcomes, and drive operational efficiency. You'll explore questions that challenge assumptions, highlight opportunities for cost efficiency, and tell the story behind the numbers.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in data analytics, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology-driven environments.
- Advanced SQL skills and comfort with large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong experience with Python or R, or similar, for advanced analytics or statistical modelling.
- Proven track record with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics (ARR, churn, retention, activation, LTV, CAC).
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical analysis into strategic impact stories.
