2+ years of bartending experience, excellent knowledge of mixing and serving drinks, ability to work at peak hours

High school diploma or equivalent and previous host/host experience at a fine dining restaurant required
Line Cook
3-4 years of experience in line cooking or related field, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
Prep Cook
High school degree or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or a related field
PM Line Cook
High school degree or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in cooking or related field
AM Line Cook
2+ years of experience in cooking and food preparation
Prep Cook
Thorough knowledge of menu items, execution of cooking responsibilities, and knowledge of food safety standards
Dishwasher
1-2 years of experience, High school degree, Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and organization
