Prep Cook

Intown Golf Club is seeking a prep cook to join the team and uphold the core values of IGC. The prep cook will be responsible for executing all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts, maintaining sufficient par levels, and upholding Intown Golf Club standards of quality and freshness.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods
• Ability to execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts
• Ability to maintain sufficient par levels and back-ups at all times
• Knowledge of State and County food safety and Health Department standards
• Ability to communicate honestly and openly with staff, managers, and owners
